With your Alhambra ticket, you will have access to all the visitable parts of the monument: the Nasrid Palaces, the Alcazaba, the Generalife Palace and its wonderful gardens, the Palace of Charles V, and the monumental surroundings, all without having to queue to purchase tickets. We will tell you the history, legends, and secrets of this monumental complex in a fun and entertaining way.

You can visit the Alhambra from 8:30 am until closing time*, but you must visit the Nasrid Palaces at the time printed on your ticket. Please indicate on the form the time you will arrive and leave the Alhambra, so that the visit to the Nasrid Palaces is within that time interval, if available.
- It is mandatory to present the original ID card or passport to access the monumental complex.
- Once your purchase is complete, you will receive by email the purchase confirmation, tickets, and instructions for downloading the audio guide.
- Changes or refunds are not accepted.

- Mobile phone with sufficient battery.
- Don’t forget to download the audio guide. The process is explained in the instructions sent to you.

- You will receive the tickets and audio guide instructions in your email.
- It is mandatory to present the original ID card or passport to access the monumental complex.
- The visit to the monumental complex will be on the date shown on the ticket. The time for the Nasrid Palaces is indicated on the ticket, and the rest of the complex (Alcazaba, Partal, and Generalife) can be visited from 8:30 am until closing.
- Children aged 0 a 2: their tickets will be provided directly at the ticket office of the monument.
